This Privacy Policy explains the confirmed ways Dependable Garage Service collects and manages information submitted through this website. It covers email signup records, messages sent to the contact address and related reader requests.
Email signup
When an email signup form is presented, it invites you to leave your email address for future Dependable Garage Service updates. The form asks for your email address and your explicit agreement to receive email updates.
The signup system stores your email address, a hash used to detect duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the consent wording you accepted and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database.
Authorized administrators can view, export and remove signup records. The records also work with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Signup records remain until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.
Signup collection is enabled for possible future updates. Email delivery, confirmation and unsubscribe functions require separate configuration, so submitting the form does not promise a particular sending schedule.
Contact messages
If you email contact@dependablegarageservice.com, the message includes the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message and attachments. Avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to answer your question.
Anti-spam records
The signup system creates temporary rate-limiting records to reduce automated submissions. These records use hashed network identifiers and are subject to periodic cleanup. This description applies to the signup system and does not describe any separate logging that may occur on the website’s hosting systems.
Accessing or removing your signup record
To request access to or removal of an email signup record, email contact@dependablegarageservice.com and include the email address used for the signup. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools can be used to process these newsletter-record requests.
Your choices
- Do not submit the signup form if you do not want your email address recorded.
- Request access to or removal of a signup record by contacting the address above.
- Limit personal information and attachments in contact messages to what is necessary for your request.
